His Grace Bishop Theodosy of Seattle is leading a pilgrimage to the Holy Land in Israel and the Island of Aegina in Greece from July 23 to August 7, 2015.

Pilgrims will visit the sacred places related to the Life of our Lord Jesus Christ  and other sites related to the Orthodox Faith. Stops will include a midnight Liturgy at the Holy Sepulcher, the grotto in Bethlehem, emersion in the River Jordan, ascent of the Forty Day Mountain, Jacob’s Well in Samaria, St. George’s Church in Lod… Pilgrims will be visiting the monasteries of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem who also act as our hosts. Pilgrims will be marking the 1000th year from the repose of Holy Equal-of-the-Apostles Vladimir, Enlightener of Russian (July 28) at the Monastery on the Mount of Olives and on the day of commemoration of St. Mary Magdalene (August 4) they will be joining the sisters of the monastery in Gethsemane for their Feast Day.

On the return trip to the USA, His Grace will be leading the pilgrims to the Island of Aegina to venerate the honorable relics of St. Nectarios of Pentapolis.
